Certified in Leadership and Performance Coaching (LPCC) through Brown University's School of Professional Studies and ACT Leadership — an ICF-accredited program — Charlotte brings both rigorous training and deep real-world experience to every engagement. Her 12+ years inside organizations like Marriott International, Amazon Web Services, and Russell Reynolds Associates gave her an intimate understanding of what people need at every career stage.
Her background in psychology — including graduate training at George Washington University and certifications in DiSC and Predictive Index — means her coaching is grounded in how people actually think, grow, and change.
